Omaha’s Highest Rooftop Bar Is Now Open at The Peregrine

The Perch recently had its grand opening at the historic Peregrine Hotel, unveiling an Omaha rooftop bar that blends elevated cocktails, skyline views, and standout hospitality right in the heart of downtown Omaha.

What Is the Perch?

Situated at the top of The Peregrine, the Perch is Omaha’s highest rooftop bar. The space leans into its elevation, pairing open-air views of the city with a polished, resort-style aesthetic that feels more coastal getaway than landlocked Nebraska.

Cocktails and Signature Glassware

The Perch’s drink menu is split into two tiers. The “Cocktails That Soar” section features three signature cocktails, the Flickercrest, Golden Glide and Sky Drifter, all priced at $9 and served in the bar’s signature bird glass. From there, the “Elevated Libations” list steps up in complexity and price, ranging from $10 to $18. Standouts include the Canyon Moon (mulberry gin, St. Germain, crème de violette and egg white) and Where the Apricots Bloom, which uses a housemade peppercorn-infused local vodka. For those who want to sample the martinis, the Let’s Take Flight option offers a three-flavor flight : Cosmopolitan, Lemon Drop and the house Pear-egrine for $18.

Hours and Upcoming Events

Hours for The Perch are Monday through Saturday, 4–10 p.m. Sunday, 2–8 p.m. Hours are subject to weather conditions and it is recommended to check Facebook for these updates.

Currently, The Perch has live music scheduled every Thursday on their event calendar.

They also offer a rooftop buyout option for private events (up to 35 guests), which adds a dimension that positions it for celebrations, not just drop-in drinks.

If you haven’t made it to the Perch yet, it’s worth the visit. For more on what’s new and worth checking out in Omaha, explore local guides and recommendations at Hurrdat ONE.
