Nebraska’s largest and longest-running German festival is back for its 142nd German Day Oktoberfest, kicking off Friday, September 18th. You can expect authentic German cuisine, beers, and entertainment for all ages. Friday’s celebration runs from 5 p.m. to midnight, and Saturdays from noon to midnight at the German-American Society, 3717 S 120th St. Parking is limited, but there will be a shuttle from King of Kings Church at 11614 I Street. Tickets are available at the gate for $7, and kids under 13 get in free with an adult.
