Did you know there’s a hidden time capsule buried right here in Omaha?
 
It sits beneath the Gerald R. Ford Birthsite & Garden on Woolworth Avenue, where Ford was born in his grandparents’ home.
 
When the garden opened to the public in 1976, the capsule was sealed with 320 items during America’s bicentennial.
 
It won’t be opened again until 2076, exactly 100 years later. When it finally is, the items will go on temporary display, and Omaha will add its own contributions before the capsule is resealed for another century.

The 9th annual Sam Osborn Memorial Golf Tournament brought the community together for two days of golf and festivities while raising a record-breaking $900,000!

This impact directly funds life-changing programs at the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Children’s Nebraska Foundation, and the Elkhorn Athletic Association.

This tournament is more than golf. It is about bringing a community together to create change that reaches far beyond Omaha and Nebraska, all while keeping Sam’s legacy alive.
