Collin Emsick is still in high school, but the business he launched this summer is already wildly popular. Rosie’s Corner Cottage hosts weekly pop-ups at his parents’ house, where he sells cookies, cake pops, lemon loaves, and his signature oatmeal cream pies. Collin’s dedication to the craft and drive to succeed are wildly impressive, especially for someone so young.
Follow Rosie’s Corner Cottage on social media to stay up to date on when he’s popping up, or you can message directly to place an order.
