The rides are fun, but let’s be honest, we go to the Sarpy County Fair for the food.
 
With about $25, we grabbed a Chicago dog, pretzel bites, dessert, and popcorn. Just enough to fuel an evening at the Sarpy County Fair while watching one of the best events: mutton busting.
